Principales Obligaciones

ACF SPAIN as a  part of the ACF International Network (ACF IN),  is an international organization that try to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition, especially during and after emergency situations of conflict, war and natural disaster, acting in  three areas:  nutrition and health , food security and water and sanitation.  Objective  

• To implement the ECHO first emergency project (Food and NFI distribution, latrines rehabilitation) for the newly IDPs of Maguindanao province
• To assess and follow up the humanitarian needs situation and define a possible project proposal for nest stage of intervention: emergency or early recovery
• To coordinate the emergency response with other stakeholders especially the national NGO partners, the Mindanao Emergency Response Network and the Philippines International NGO Network.
• To follow strictly the security rules and the security situation in close coordination with the Base logistician and HoB.
• To manage the emergency team accordingly to the needs.
• To make the interim report for the donor and prepare the final one.

Requisitos

Profile ·         University Degree especially related to humanitarian or logistic fields.·         Experience in working in foreign countries in emergencies ·         Experience in development programmes appreciated·         Skills in coordination, program management. ·         Experience in management of volatile security contexts with capacity to face a stressful environment.·         Previous Humanitarian experience ·         At least 2 years of experience in emergency/early recovery  Management ·         Good analytical skills and a good understanding ·         A high flexibility/adaptability regarding his planning·         Experience in managing early stage rehabilitation projects with a projection of disaster preparedness will be highly desirable·         An experience in Asia – Pacific (especially in the Philippines) would be an asset.·         English : COMPULSORY ·         Spanish : An asset
